Please Join Us Tonight For Our First-Ever Live Blog!

Please join us tonight at 9 p.m. eastern for our first-ever “live blogging” event.

I’ll be live blogging the Republican National Convention for the next three nights (I’ll do the same next week for the Democratic National Convention).

As always, my goal is not to be excessively political, but rather to assess the effectiveness of each speaker as a communicator.

Since it’s a live blog, I hope you’ll join me and post your thoughts in the comments section as the conventions are in progress. I’ll add a few of your comments to the main thread along the way.

Tonight’s highlights include speeches from Ann Romney and New Jersey Governor Chris Christie.

Wednesday’s speakers include Vice Presidential Nominee Paul Ryan, former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, and former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee.

Thursday’s highlights include Presidential Nominee Mitt Romney and Florida Senator Marco Rubio.
